WHEN YOU LEARN YOU LITERALLY BUILD UP YOUR BRAIN
MAKING IT SMARTER AND STRONGER
Today we explored more deeply how emotions affect* our learning and we also did our “online” test: we passed it! We are now “Artisans”. Well done!
We have now some homework to do for next Tuesday: please, see handouts*, pp. 19 and 20.
Firstly, we have to scan and check both our physical and emotional stress-symptoms (p. 19).
Then, let’s make some reflections about them:
- What might be causing* these stress-symptoms*?
- What have you done so far* to cope with* them?
Last, but not least*, we have to measure our stress-symptoms (p.20): how high is our stress-symptom level? Is it low, medium or high?
Try to figure out* what you can do about your stress symptoms.
Think about what you will do to help your brain focus*, learn and do its best for you.
See you next week with our Brainology® program!
